Ambassador Mrs. Uche Ajulu-Okeke is a veteran diplomat and development studies expert with over thirty years of progressively responsible experience and cognate exposure in the Nigerian Foreign Service. She was Nigeria’s Ambassador to South Africa and established the OIS Services and the new Visa Centre, while improving Nigeria-South Africa relations.
Amb. Uche Ajulu-Okeke worked for the attainment of mutually beneficial Investment inflows and integration as well as migration issues, earning her the press-tag “Madam Xenophobia”. She maintained a high sense of patriotism in identifying with the development and anti-corruption aspirations of government at all levels. She presently serves the Government of Anambra State in various capacities, and is the National Patron of the Albino Foundation of Nigeria.
